- Built a supply chain simulation model and defined KPIs to measure impact across scenarios, risks, and trade-offs.

- Coordinated cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support development and regulatory approval of India's first Advanced Emergency Braking System for commercial vehicles.
- Developed structured dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks to track program performance across quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
Ashok Leyland is the world’s fourth largest manufacturer of buses and India’s second largest commercial vehicle manufacturer specializing in trucks, buses, and defense vehicles, with an annual revenue of $4 billion.
- Built integrated Power BI dashboards and automated reports drawing from SAP, vehicle telematics, and backend databases to track vehicle performance across new product launches.
- Analyzed high-volume telematics data from 100+ vehicles (2M+ km) to identify fault patterns, support root-cause analysis, and reduce vehicle downtime to under 24 hours.
- Collaborated with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams on vendor evaluations and issue resolution timelines.
